CHEMISTRY WEDDINGS  Our annual attendance (when our busy wedding calendar allows for it!) at Bridal Expo is one of the highlights of our year. DETAILS XO   As a first-time vendor, the Calgary Bridal Expo was an incredible experience for details.xo. What could have been an overwhelming weekend turned into an organized and seamless event, thanks to Lenora and her amazing team. From the very beginning, their exceptional communication and support made us feel prepared and excited to showcase our work.

What truly stood out was how they thought of all the little details that could often make or break someone’s experience. From clear setup instructions to regular check-ins throughout the day, everything was handled with such care and precision. These thoughtful touches made us feel valued and allowed us to focus entirely on connecting with the many engaged couples eager to find their dream vendors.

The expo itself was beautifully organized, vibrant, and filled with energy. Not only did we meet our ideal audience, but the event was a true success for our business, opening doors to exciting new opportunities. We’ve already signed up for our second year and can’t wait to return in 2025 with an even larger design and plan.

SUBSONIC SOULMATES  It was our first time at the show. We were amazed with the amount of traffic that came through plus the variety of options available. It was great to be a part.

THE ART OF RYLEE  Attending Bridal Expo this year exceeded all of my expectations. Lenora and the team were so welcoming, organized, and on top of everything, make the process fun and exciting! For my first time attending, it went extremely smoothly, and a lot of contacts were made! I will definitely be back!

VILLAGE BREWERY  Set up was an absolute breeze with the support offered by the team at the convention center. We had such a great time being part of this expo, a first for us, we didn’t know what to expect but it was absolutely amazing! So many great conversations with brides and grooms as well as making connections with fellow vendors! We will definitely be back!

TD HAIR & MAKEUP  I was thrilled to be a part of the Bridal Expo. The event was incredibly well-organized and the foot traffic was fantastic. I connected with so many vendors, potential clients, and booked several jobs as a direct result of the expo. The team behind the scenes was professional and supportive throughout the entire process. I can't wait to be a part of the next event.  

LUCKY MOBILE BAR & BARTENDING  Being a vendor at the YYC Bridal Expo was an incredible experience! The team was beyond organized—they truly had everything down to a science, and there wasn’t a single moment of confusion for me as a vendor (which says a lot because I had a whole trailer and truck that had to come into the event space). The event holder was so personable and attentive, and her husband even helped us manoeuvre our bar trailer into the perfect position! The setup was stunning, with so much to see, learn, and spark inspiration for future weddings and events. The energy was fantastic, and I’m already looking forward to coming back as a guest one day. YYC Bridal Expo is a must for anyone in the industry!

LA BELE GRAZE  This was our fourth year doing the Bridal Expo. We had an incredible experience celebrating the first launch of our business and essentially called it our 4th birthday party. The atmosphere was vibrant and filled with excitement as couples explored various vendors.The opportunity to interact with brides-to-be and inspire them with planning their special day is truly rewarding. It was also meaningful to connect with local vendors within the same industry, providing similar or different products and having the ability to network and discuss our different experiences in the field. Lenora makes it so easy to integrate as a new business and offers endless support to the growing community in such a genuine and special way.

DESTINATION BOOTH  This year was our first bridal expo and we had a fantastic time. The entire event was so organized and easy to navigate. The process of unloading/loading via the TCC loading dock was completely seamless and made things so much easier for us. Most importantly, we made six on-the-spot bookings and have received a few more since the expo - it was a very successful event for us. We loved the entire experience. The busy vibe, meeting all the brides and just being a part of something so huge was amazing. We will surely be returning next year

VEERI CAKES  It was an amazing experience being at Bridal Bxpo. The event was very well organized. We had all the help we could ask for. It was our first time at the event and we loved everything about it

THE NORLAND HISTORIC ESTATE  & THE COUNTRYSIDE BARN  The Bridal Expo is a highlight of our year! We love being a part of it, and after years of attending, we’re always impressed by the seamless organization and how well every detail is coordinated, from registration to setup. Plus, despite our venues being based outside of Calgary, we see incredible interest and excitement from brides at this show—it's hands down one of the best expos we’ve experienced!

FLORES & PINE  Thank you for this opportunity. This year was super fun and busy. We made lots of great connections and met some amazing brides & grooms and other vendors. We are already looking forward to being back next year.

CORNERSTONE WEDDINGS  Our team was excited to return as a Bridal Expo vendor after taking a break from fall season shows. We were excited to bring our brand presence to the show, but pleasantly surprised by the number of leads we gathered. I was thoroughly impressed with Lenora's communication throughout the planning process, especially her willingness to support vendors in having a successful show.

FLOWER AURA BY NATASHA  I've participated in Bridal Expo since the inception of my business and still trust it’s the best trade show for wedding vendors. Lenora always takes great care of us, and I love the event's scale. We'll continue to participate as often as possible.

ALLAN DAVID BESPOKE TAILORING  Participating in Bridal Expo was an incredibly rewarding experience. Lenora stands out with her thoughtfulness and dedication, ensuring every vendor feels supported and set up for success. The expo is perfectly sized, allowing vendors to engage with all the guests in a meaningful way without the overwhelm of large crowds. What impressed me most was how seamless and professional the entire event was, from setup to takedown. Lenora’s constant check-ins and attention to detail made a huge difference.

MATTERS OF GATHERING 2024 This was our first time as a vendor at Bridal Expo YYC and we really enjoyed the experience. The communication and support from Lenora and her team made it a seamless process, the vendor booths were sold out and the event was very well attended. The Telus Convention Centre is a fantastic location with some amazing views of our beautiful city and the wedding energy at the event was really contagious! THE BEST way to meet with Couples and Brides as well as other vendors.

LUCA OCCASIONS  What an incredible experience at the Bridal Expo! From meeting so many wonderful couples to connecting with talented vendors and witnessing the breathtaking bridal gowns in the fashion show – every moment was a highlight. It was so much fun designing a booth that allowed couples to see what their Pinterest board would look like in real life. Lenora truly made the entire process seamless, fun, and unforgettable!

ALBERTA RE 2024  It may not seem like it at first. However, the audience you'll meet at the Bridal Expo are sponges for help and ideas. Many are on their first journey of wedding [and life] planning; they are eager to engage with you and full of excitement. The move-in/out process is surprisingly seamless, and the support is top-tier. Highly recommend!

THE DORIAN  2024 Lenora and her team were incredible. The entire process from registration, to move in and tear down was seamless. Any changes were handled immediately and professionally. The show itself was well attended and had a good flow of guests. We will return and kudos to everyone that made it a great success

FINE PRINT  It was our first time at the Bridal Expo and we were thrilled with the turn out, positive feedback, and interest in our restaurant. We had a steady flow of interested brides and just today I received an enquiry for an engagement party! Bridal Expo is very well organized, load in and out was seamless and Lenora was a dream to work with.

REVEL PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMS  2022 - The Bridal Expo was my first bridal show and it completely exceeded my expectations! I couldn't believe how well it was organized and how smoothly everything ran. Lenora was extremely helpful and accommodating - it's obvious she knows exactly what she is doing and she does it VERY well. I loved the energy on the day of the show! Not only did I meet so many brides-to-be, I also connected with a variety of vendors - which was amazing! So far, I have already booked 5 weddings from the show - either from the emails that Lenora sends out or from the show itself. That's a fantastic return on my investment as a wedding photographer. I can't wait until next year!!

LOVE SPEAKS 2022 - This is my second in-person Bridal Expo, and I have participated in two of Bridal Expo's online events - I cannot say enough about how professional, well organized and seamless each event has been! BLUSH & RAVEN BRDIAL BOUTIQUE 2022  Blush & Raven has enjoyed being a part of Bridal Expo for 5 years. We are always so well taken care of by the Bridal Expo team. Our bridal boutique is fortunate to have a booth by the front entrance and the vendors that helped us set it up did an incredible job! Bridal Expo is such a great way for us to meet new brides and share our brand with fellow vendors in the wedding community! We can't wait for next year!

PAPER PANACHE 2022 Lenora Kingcott is not only a successful wedding show producer, she is a down to earth, friendly person and breath of fresh air! In todays business community it is hard to find people that are authentic and trustworthy. Lenora has always been a smart person to work with, and follows through from brilliant business ideas to idealized successful shows. She is a hard worker, willing to put in the sweat to get it done. Lenora is a positive spark of energy and loves to help small businesses in Calgary, we can only hope more people aspire to be like her! 

ENDURING PROMISES 2021 This was my first experience with Calgary Bridal Expo and .... WOW!!!! They sure hit it out of the park!!!!  It was a well oiled machine that despite COVID and the challenges it posed, was definitely worth the wait!!  From vendor set up to take down and all points in between everything flowed smoothly and the team were there to answer any questions that we had.  We have participated in numerous wedding shows / Expos across Canada and I can honestly say,  this was one of the best, if not "the best" I've ever been involved with.  Everything was done with excellence and professionalism..... AND, we are already booking weddings as a result of the Expo!  What business owner doesn't love that immediate ROI! You could feel the excitement in the air from the time doors opened to close. The Gown sale is a brilliant idea and to see a line up before the doors opened was very exciting AND to see guests still coming and lingering right up until close felt amazing.  Most shows that we have done in the past have had a very quiet, slow couple of hrs til close but not Bridal Expo.  It was a happening spot ALL day!! I'm so glad that we made the trip from Ontario to join our Calgary team and to be a part of Calgary Bridal Expo '21 and are looking forward to 2022 and beyond!!!

STEPHEN CLEANERS This was Stephen Cleaner's first time as an exhibitor in a Bridal Expo. Lenora was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We were so impressed with how efficiently everything was run and organized at the Expo. We'll definitely be back next year!
