Bring shoes with the heel height you expect to wear on your wedding day.
Wear an outfit that is easy to get in and out of. A heavy sweater that has to be pulled over your head is not the best choice when you are tryinig on gowns.
Wear minimal makeup and if you have long hair, wear it up or in a ponytail. Once you find "the one", there will be time for make-up and that " I Said Yes To the Dress" selfie.
When considering a gown that does not fit perfectly, ask for their alterations person to give advice on alterations.
